Located in a former metalworks factory on Gertrude Street in Fitzroy, Cutler has been at the forefront of Melbourne dining for over 15 years. Known for its refined yet welcoming atmosphere, seasonal menu and warm considered service, Cutler reflects a devotion to superb produce and exceptional dining experiences. As part of the Trader House group, Cutler represents the thoughtful hospitality that defines our venues across the city.

After 14 years as a degustation-led restaurant, Cutler has entered an exciting new chapter and is shifting towards a more dynamic à la carte experience. We’re already seeing renewed interest with full dining rooms, fast-paced services and a real buzz on the floor. As we head into summer, we’re looking to build a strong team to help drive this next phase.
