TECHFM has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team.

We specialise in a wide range of electrical and audio-visual services , including AV installations, communications, commercial electrical work, maintenance, cabling, equipment installation and technical support .

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in both electrical and audio-visual technology and wants to develop practical skills across a variety of projects.

Working alongside qualified and experienced electricians and technicians, you will gain hands‑on experience and training in areas including:

- Electrical installations and maintenance
- Audio-visual installations and equipment
- AV cabling and connections
- Communications and data cabling
- Commercial electrical work
- Testing, fault finding and troubleshooting
- Installation and setup of AV equipment
- Working with modern electrical and AV systems
- Safe work practices and industry standards

- An interest in technology, equipment and practical work
- Positive mathematical ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and capable of working in a hands‑on environment

You will receive hands‑on training, mentoring and support while working with qualified and skilled tradespeople, giving you the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in both electrical and AV work .
