We’re looking for a reliable, energetic and hardworking Café All-Rounder to join our team at Alowishus Delicious.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety and is confident working across both Front of House and Back of House. No two shifts will necessarily look the same!
What you’ll be doing
Front of House
- Providing friendly, welcoming customer service
- Taking orders and using POS systems
- Running food and clearing tables
- Making coffees and other drinks
- Maintaining a clean and organised café
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
Back of House
- Basic food preparation
- Preparing breakfast & lunch menu items on the grill
- Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen organised
- Preparing catering orders
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Ordering & receiving stock
What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who:
- Has café or hospitality experience
- Is confident working both FOH and BOH
- Can work well under pressure in a busy workplace
- Has a great attitude and is willing to jump in wherever needed
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a strong eye for cleanliness and presentation
- Is available for a range of shifts, including weekends
- Experience is highly regarded, but we’re also happy to train the right person.
