Key responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans for residents
- Administering medications and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of holistic care

About you
- Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in an aged care or similar healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged care best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to person-centred care and promoting resident independence
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
