- High Reach/LO stock-picker/Counterbalance forklift driving.
- Unloading/loading inbound and outbound stock and efficiently stacking pallets.
- Picking and packing using RF scanners .
- Quality control: Ensuring shipment accuracy, checking and reporting quality variances.
- Completing manual handling duties – lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching.
- Identifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold a current LF/LO license (at least 12 months of experience).
- High Reach and Counterbalance experience (Required).
- Understand and follow instructions and procedures.
- Communicate well both written and verbally.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Show commitment, reliability and motivation.
- Be prepared to work in a chiller/freezer environment .
- Be physically fit and capable of repetitively lifting up to 20kg.
