Casual Early Childhood Educators – Certificate III & Diploma

We are a 54-place, not-for-profit, community-run (no shareholders) early childhood centre with an Exceeding rating, seeking passionate and confident casual Certificate III and Diploma qualified educators to join our team.
We are looking for educators who are:
- Confident and comfortable working across our age groups, from 6 months to kindergarten
- Warm, responsive and genuinely interested in building relationships with children and families.
- Committed to ensuring and protecting children through child protected practices and high expectations of our team.
- Confident stepping into different rooms and contributing to the program
- Collaborative, reflective and committed to ongoing learning
- Passionate about play, children's agency and creating meaningful learning experiences

We value educators who are curious, who take the time to observe and listen, and who enjoy following children's ideas and interests. We have a collaborative where we use a mix of adult-led & child-led guided experiences. We run an indoor/outdoor program in our large bush-like garden.
You are part of the team, our casual educators are valued members of our team and are included in staff meetings, professional development and development days. We believe casual educators should feel connected to our community and our philosophy, not simply be there to fill a shift.
We have free on site parking for staff and families, and are 280m away from Windsor train station.
Certificate III or Diploma qualified educators only.
Applicants who are working towards a qualification or who do not hold a relevant qualification will not be considered.
