St Angela of the Cross Primary School is an exciting new Catholic school in Warragul. The school opened in 2021, for students in Foundation through to Grade Six, and provides high quality, affordable Catholic education.
Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for the part time 0.55 FTE 8:30am-4:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) Administration Officer. This is an Education Support Employee Category B Level 2 position under the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022. Employment is Fixed Term commencing the start of term 4, week beginning Wednedsay 7th October 2026 and concluding on 18th July 2027.
The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified and/or experienced, demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to provide the appropriate expertise in a range of administrative abilities, and be able to provide assistance to the Principal whilst supporting and respecting the ethos of the school and its workplace.
Key Selection Criteria :
- A strong commitment to Catholic Education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge including experience in financial programs, Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel and Internet Applications
The successful applicant will be subject to an Employee Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check.
