Wakefield Day Opportunities is seeking dedicated support staff to work within our Day Opportunities service across the Wakefield district. You would be based at one site but may work across bases as needed to support learning disabled adults with varying needs.
Daily tasks include transporting individuals to activities, helping them access community resources, assisting with personal care, and delivering meaningful activities to promote independence and participation in daily life.
