About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work collaboratively with children, families, and colleagues to support high-quality early childhood education and care. You will contribute to implementing engaging learning programs and fostering positive relationships that support children's development and wellbeing.

Roster:

- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 7.45am - 4.15pm
- Wednesday: 3.25 hours non-contact time per week

Location: Marong Kindergarten

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
- Support the implementation of the kindergarten program.




- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Promote children's learning, wellbeing and development.
- Incorporate First Nations perspectives into everyday practice.

About You

You are a qualified Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about supporting young children and working within a collaborative team workplace. You demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Child Safety Certificate

Desirable

- Experience working with children
- Experience working in a kindergarten setting
