Sutherland Shire Council’s Leisure Centres are seeking Customer Experience Officers for seasonal and permanent roles. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and handling enquiries, bookings and payments using our digital systems.
We value excellent communication, a calm, organized and solutions-focused approach with experience in rapid-paced customer service. Roles offer up to 20 hours per week, weekend shifts, pro rata salary and 12% superannuation.
