We are looking for a Timber Customer Service & Yard duties to join our team at Rattray & Walker Mitre 10 in Rye, VIC. This is a full-time position and will involve assisting customers with their timber requirements & carrying out yard duties.

What you'll be doing

- Providing exceptional customer service to our timber customers
- Assisting customers with product selection, measurements, and loading
- Maintaining the timber yard, including stocking, organizing, and tidying
- Supporting the wider Mitre 10 team as needed

What we're looking for

- Experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the timber or hardware industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
- Ability to work in a physical role, including lifting and loading timber
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- A positive,



can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team
- A current forklift licence is preferred but not essential
