The Role

We are seeking a Cert IV qualified Personal Trainer to coach our B-Active Functional Training Classes and assist with gym floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coaching B-Active Functional Training Classes
- Supervising gym floor shifts
- Member engagement and relationship building
- Technique correction and exercise coaching
- Conducting beginner inductions for new members
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment
- Supporting members to achieve their fitness goals

Essential Requirements

- Certificate IV in Fitness (essential)
- Certificate III in Fitness (preferred)
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and member success

Bonus Qualifications & Experience

- Group fitness instruction experience
- Les Mills qualifications
- Cycle/Spin instruction
- Zumba
- Aqua Fitness
- Reformer Pilates
- Other group fitness certifications





Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
