Portmans Indooroopilly is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional service, achieve targets and hit KPI results. This role is 30-38 hours per week with availability over weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
You will coach the team, drive sales, manage stock and store presentation, and step into Store Manager duties when required. Prior fashion retail leadership and a passion for customer service are essential.
