Life Without Barriers is recruiting Intensive Therapeutic Care Workers to support young people aged 12–17 in Orange. The role involves working within residential homes that operate 24/7, requiring shifts including afternoons, sleepovers and weekends.

You'll provide trauma-informed care, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with a dedicated team to create a secure, homelike environment that promotes independence and positive relationships.
