Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Strong buildings background across commercial, education, retail and health projects
- Proficient in structural design software (e.g. SpaceGASS, RAM, RAPT, ETABS, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Australian Standards and industry guidelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a collaborative approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Undertake analysis and design of structural systems across buildings projects
- Prepare technical documentation including calculations, design reports, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects from concept to construction.
- Assist with site inspections, structural assessments, and reporting.
- Support senior engineers and project managers in the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
