Mercure WestWaters located within the WestWaters hospitality precinct in Caroline Springs. Alongside the hotel, the precinct features a busy bistro, sports bar, lobby bar, extensive gaming facilities and over 600m² of conference and event spaces, making it a popular destination for both hotel guests and locals.
We are currently looking for passionate Guest Service Agents to join our Front Office team.
About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering friendly, professional service while managing the day-to-day Front Office operations. From welcoming guests and processing arrivals to handling enquiries and departures, you'll help ensure every stay is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional customer service
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, guest enquiries and requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to coordinate guest needs
- Complete daily front office administration
- Maintain presentation and service standards across the Front Office
- Contribute to a positive guest experience on every shift
About You
- Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Guest Services role (essential)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using a hotel Property Management System is preferred
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
