Optimove is seeking a driven Call Centre Sales & Customer Service Consultant to join our West End office. This is a full time, onsite role focused on converting enquiries into confirmed removals bookings, delivering exceptional service and meeting KPIs.

You will handle inbound calls, chats and emails, ask the right questions, upsell relevant services and work closely with our operations team to ensure accurate bookings. Previous contact centre experience is valued.
