The opportunity

We're seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own pipeline generation end-to-end across ANZ and global markets — a senior, full-funnel role for someone who's run performance marketing, content/SEO, and ABM as one connected motion. You'll turn spend into qualified pipeline, with the data to prove it, and bring AI-assisted ways of working into how the function operates.

What you'll be doing

- Own performance marketing end-to-end — paid search, paid social, LinkedIn ads, retargeting — against transparent CPL, MQL-to-SQL, and pipeline targets
- Drive SEO, content, and email as one motion, tied back to pipeline and revenue
- Manage budget allocation and reporting by ROI and CAC
- Run ABM, lead-gen webinars, and events with sales — targeting through handoff




- Fuel product launches with performance-driven campaigns
- Embed AI into the operating model — ideation, content production, reporting automation

What you'll bring

- 10+ years in marketing, with senior ownership of performance marketing / demand gen in B2B tech or SaaS
- Proven track record hitting CAC, ROAS, or pipeline targets — not impressions
- Hands-on with SEO, PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and social advertising
- Fluency in GA4, HubSpot/Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM data
- Mandatory: demonstrable AI-assisted marketing workflow experience, with concrete examples of impact
- Data-driven, test-and-iterate mindset; strong team player
- Comfort owning a full-funnel remit in a lean team
