My client based near Highland Park is seeking a warm, motivated and enthusaistic speech pathologist to join their team. This role is predominantly based in the clinic, and supports a diverse caseload of paediatric clients ages 0-15 years!

Part time & Full time opportunities available!

- Salaries starting from $85,000 - $105,000 + Super
- Clinic (80%) and Communiy (20%) role working with paediatrics
- Uncapped PD allowance, 1:1 supervision, peer mentoring & monthly trainings

Your Role:

You will be supporting a diverse caseload of paediatric clients ages 0-15 years, seeing 4 clients in the clinic and one out in the community each day. You will conduct assessments, create therapy plans, facilitate engaging therapy sessions, take notes and write reports when appropriate.

Support:

Upon starting, you will have a week induction/ training, learning systems, processes, and gradually increasing your caseload. In addition to managing a caseload, you will recieve fortnightly supervision with a very experienced Senior SP, with over 40+ years in paediatrics. Additionally, you will also have peer supervision, being able to collaborate and learn with the other SP's in the team, and engage in monthly whole MDT upskilling sessions.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
