Smart Shop Floor in Western Australia is seeking a founding BDR to help build the engine for our AI Estimation motion. You’ll work with warm inbound leads, enjoy full autonomy, and shape the growth path from day one.

As the first full time sales hire, you will grow and lead a two-person BDR team within 12 months, with a clear path into a closing leadership role and direct mentorship from the founder and top closer.
