Senior Enterprise Solutions Account Executive

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced enterprise technology sales professional who enjoys developing new business opportunities, building executive relationships and contributing to the long-term growth of an innovative Australian technology consultancy. Reporting directly to the Director, you will take ownership of identifying recent opportunities, developing strategic client partnerships and managing complex enterprise consulting engagements across Australia and New Zealand while supporting the company's expansion into additional markets.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise business development strategies across Australia and New Zealand.

Identify, qualify and secure new enterprise ICT consulting opportunities.

Build long-term relationships with executive stakeholders including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and Chief Data Officers.

Manage complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial engagement through to successful contract execution.

Prepare commercial proposals, Statements of Work and executive presentations.

Collaborate with consulting and technical delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions.

Identify opportunities to expand HopTech's services into new industries, emerging market sectors and international business opportunities.

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and market intelligence.

Represent HopTech at executive meetings, client presentations, networking events and industry conferences.

Achieve agreed business development and revenue growth targets.

About you

Minimum 10 years' experience in enterprise ICT solution sales, technology consulting sales or strategic business development.

Proven success generating new business and achieving sustainable revenue growth.





Demonstrated experience selling enterprise consulting services and technology solutions within one or more of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Cloud Technologies, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Software Solutions.

Demonstrated ability to establish executive-level relationships and influence key business decision-makers.

Strong commercial negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to identify emerging market opportunities and contribute to strategic business growth.

Willingness to travel within Australia, New Zealand and internationally where business requirements arise.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.

Equivalent professional experience and demonstrated commercial achievement will also be considered.
