Mars is seeking a Packaging Specialist in Bathurst, Australia, for our Petcare segment. You will ensure packaging lines run efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and deploy creative packaging designs while driving Lean/Continuous Improvement to reduce waste and cost. You will partner with Supply, Engineering, R&D;, and Q&FS; to ensure smooth transitions during changes.
You will contribute to improving product quality, process efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance with a hands-on approach.
