Description
Our Atherton team is looking for an organised and structured individual to join our Asset Management team as a permanent full-time Asset Management Officer - Water & Waste.
This position, under the direction of the Manager and in conjunction with the SAAM, will undertake system development and promote a systematic framework for the collection, retention, analysis and reporting for TRC's assets, with particular focus on water, wastewater and waste owned by TRC. A key component of this role requires active promotion and education to support change management at both the corporate and operational levels aimed at making asset management a 'business as usual' activity.

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary package from $98,896.80 per annum ($3,803.72 per fortnight)
- Locality allowances (if eligible)
- Attractive work/life balance - 72.5 hours per fortnight
- Flexible working arrangements with RDO incentive
- 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
- Access to pro-rata long service leave after 7 years of service
- Uniforms & personal protective equipment supplied
