Monash Health in Melbourne seeks a passionate Roaming Aboriginal Liaison Officer to join the Aboriginal Health and Engagement team. This role delivers culturally secure, patient-centred care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients across hospital and community settings.

You will work across Kingston, Moorabbin, the Victorian Heart Hospital and Dandenong Hospital, providing advocacy, care coordination and discharge planning while strengthening links with community services and Aboriginal
