Changing Lives is seeking a Project Lead for its Women and Children’s Services in the Newcastle area. The role focuses on managing Ridley Villas, providing trauma-informed care to women in recovery and their children, and delivering coordinated support with partner agencies.

The successful candidate will oversee staff, ensure high standards of service delivery, and work within a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework to empower families and promote safety and recovery.
