Working alongside Solution Architects, Safety Engineers, Security Engineers, Human Factors specialists and operational experts, you'll help deliver next-generation Air Traffic Management capabilities that support safer and more efficient aviation operations.

The Role

Due to continued program growth, our client is seeking Systems Engineers to support the design, development and delivery of complex Air Traffic Management solutions.

You will work closely with engineering and operational stakeholders to develop requirements, define technical solutions and deliver engineering changes across large-scale Air Traffic Management systems.

What Our Client Requires

- Degree in Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
- 3+ years' Systems Engineering experience within complex environments.
- Experience in Requirements Engineering,



System Design, Integration, Verification & Validation, or Systems Analysis.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS.
- Understanding of Systems Engineering standards, including ISO/IEC 15288.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain system requirements and engineering documentation.
- Support solution design, integration, verification and validation activities.
- Manage requirements traceability and engineering change activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes.
- Ensure Safety, Security and Human Factors requirements are considered in system solutions.
- Support technical reviews, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.

Air Traffic Management Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:

- Tower Systems
- Air Traffic Coordination
- Human Machine Interface (HMI)
- System Configuration & Adaptation
- SWIM / Interpartition
- Simulation & Training
- Conflict Detection & Safety Nets
- AMAN / DMAN
- DOORS, Polarion or Jira.
- SAFe or Agile delivery environments.
- Safety, Security or Human Factors Engineering.
- Technical leadership, coaching or mentoring experience.
