Global Grand Investment Pty Ltd is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Full-time Hotel and Motel Manager to join our team in the Merbein and Mildura region. This is a permanent, full time position offering an attractive annual salary of $79,000 to $85,000 per year, plus superannuation. We are looking for a dedicated hospitality professional who can lead our team and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

As our Hotel and Motel Manager, you will oversee the full scope of daily property operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery across every department. Your leadership will directly support our front-of-house and back-of-house staff, creating a welcoming and secure environment for all of our guests.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Managing the overall daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient service delivery across all departments.
- Supervising reservations, reception, front office, room service,



housekeeping, maintenance, and security operations.
- Coordinating daily workflow and communication between different operational teams to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Fostering a positive working environment and providing guidance and support to all staff members.
