We are seeking passionate and experienced chefs to join our growing culinary teams at a number of our venues throughout Tasmania. There are multiple roles available across the following regions: Hobart.

We currently have fulltime, permanent opportunities available for: Duty Managers, Assistant Venue Managers, Venue Managers. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Duty Manager/Assistant Venue Manager/Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring service standards are maintained, teams are supported, and guests leave wanting to return. The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

What do we need from you?

- Previous experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to manage staff, stock, opening and closing procedures
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to not just your own progression, but the progression of your team

Salary negotiable $79k-$99k depending on experience.
