Australian Taxation Office is seeking Law Interpretation Officers to join the Law Design and Practice and Compliance and Engagement Group. You will provide advice and contribute to technical excellence through research and knowledge sharing to support high-quality advice for internal and external stakeholders.
You will interpret and apply taxation legislation, rulings, policy and procedures to resolve routine to moderately complex tax issues and escalate novel matters when required.
