We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor - ideally a skilled carpenter or joiner ready to take the next step into running their own projects.

As a Site Supervisor you will be directly responsible for the successful completion of renovation projects, including:

Carrying out project milestone audits/quality inspections to ensure work is delivered to a high standard and the site is ready for the next trade

Delivering the project on time and on budget while maintaining a client-focused approach

Scheduling and management of sub contractors, and fixtures and fittings deliveries.

Track and report variations to contract in a timely manner





Carry out hands-on carpentry and joinery work onsite where required, including cabinet installation, door hanging, and finishing. This is not a purely administrative role

The successful candidate will have the following:

A minimum of 5 years experience supervising residential renovations projects

Own power and hand tools

Trade background as a carpenter or joiner (or equivalent hands-on experience in joinery and fitout) is essential for the hands-on nature of this role

High attention to detail

Robust organisational and communication skills

Fluent in English. Written and oral.

Consent to a full police check

Company vehicle or car allowance

Permanent and long term role

Work closely with company directors
