WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted lawyer with minimum 3 years experience (or more‑up to associate) in commercial law (transactional/advisory) plus some commercial litigation (preferable);
- Have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own commercial law files from start to finish;
- Have robust legal research/drafting/negotiation skills+ client‑service skills;
