Kangaroo Care, a energetic disability care provider in Victoria, is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join our team. You will conduct initial assessments, develop personalised care plans, and coordinate services to support clients’ independence and wellbeing.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, advocate for clients within the NDIS framework, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing training to ensure high standards of care.
