Mater at Home is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Hospital in the Home (HITH) team in South Brisbane. You will deliver acute and post-acute nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinating with hospital and community teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.
The role requires current AHPRA registration, a minimum of 3 years’ acute nursing experience, and competency in central line management, venepuncture and cannulation.
