The Clinic

You’ll be joining a modern small animal hospital with a team of 4.5 FTE Veterinarians, including two experienced Lead Vets , alongside an abundance of qualified nurses who provide strong support across the hospital.

The clinic has invested in its facilities and equipment, including:

- Endoscopy
- Digital X-ray
- Dental X-ray
- Full IDEXX in-house laboratory
- Recent ultrasound machine
- Deep tissue laser
- Orthopaedic equipment





The team is focused on providing a high standard of patient care while creating an environment where vets can continue developing their skills and enjoy coming to work.

The Role

The position will have a predominantly small animal caseload , with a mixture of consulting and surgery.

You’ll work alongside experienced vets and nurses, with the facilities available to investigate and manage a broad range of cases in-house.

The full-time roster is structured across four days per week , with one weeknight on-call and participation in a shared 1-in-5 weekend on-call rotation.

For vets considering a move to the region, relocation assistance is available, and the practice is also open to supporting eligible overseas veterinarians with visa sponsorship.

About You

Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years of veterinary experience and be comfortable across general small animal consulting and surgery.

More importantly, they’re looking for someone who:

- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a veterinary team
- Has an approachable, professional attitude
- Is adaptable and comfortable using their own initiative
