What You'll Be Doing

- Assist the GP during weekly clinical rounds, providing vital Finnish-to-English communication support to ensure our residents' medical needs and voices are fully understood.

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our lovely residents

- Administer medications, complete assessments, and create care plans

- Monitor health needs and respond to clinical changes

- Work closely with a friendly, multidisciplinary team

- Keep clinical documentation up to standard

- Promote safety, wellbeing, and infection control

- Support and mentor junior staff and care workers

About You

- Fluent in both Finnish and English (verbal and written)

- Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

- At least 1 years’ experience in aged care or a similar setting

- Skilled in wound care, medications, palliative care & more

- Outstanding communication and people skills

- Confident using digital clinical systems

- You genuinely care about people and want to make a difference
