About the Role

- Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including daily shift management and service execution.
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing culinary team while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Ensuring a safe working environment and promoting workplace health and safety practices.




- Assisting in developing and maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
- Supporting the recruitment, induction, onboarding, and training of kitchen team members.
- Contributing to a positive team culture focused on excellence and guest satisfaction.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced, multifaceted hospitality venue.
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- High standards of food preparation, quality, and productivity.
- The ability to build strong relationships across departments and with key stakeholders.
- Confidence in managing upwards and positively influencing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong understanding of food safety, compliance, and kitchen operations.
