The Future Leaders Graduate Program (Disability Pathway) is a two-year, multi-disciplinary chance within the Queensland Government. Graduates with disability are invited to apply as the program is designed to support and empower them through tailored adjustments and mentorship.
Participants rotate across departments, tackle real-world challenges, and contribute to initiatives spanning housing, health, education, and economic development.
