PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is seeking an experienced Demi Chef to join our culinary team on a full-time basis. You will cook and present high-quality dishes, support the Sous Chef, and uphold HACCP and hygiene standards in a rapid-paced hotel kitchen.
Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and have proven experience within a global hotel brand or upscale dining setting. A rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends is required.
