Uniting is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Service Desk in Parramatta CBD. This full time fixed term 6-month role provides first-line IT support to Uniting staff and frontline teams, ensuring reliable technology services.

Responsibilities include remote Tier 1 support, incident analysis and priority, communicating progress to users, accurate logging, and collaboration with other support groups to resolve incidents.
