We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking, active Junior Registered Nurse, who is able to provide clinical support to our homes in Chelsea, Wheelers Hill, Emerald and Cranbourne and to ensure delivery of person-centered care to the residents. This position is supported by an experienced and supportive Senior Registered Nurse and Residential Manager.

The successful applicant will be:
- A Registered Nurse currently registered in Australia (APHRA) without any notation
- A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have a passion for leading clinical outcomes
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Aged Care in Australia
- Focused on improving quality of life of our residents
- Understanding of ANACC
- Understanding of relevant legislation and experience in meeting Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards
- Highly organised with proven ability to appropriately prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services
- Hold a current driver's licence
