Labourforce is currently seeking a detail-orientedCycle Counter / Inventory Administrator with High Reach forklift experience to join a busy temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution facility based inHemmant, QLD .

This is atemporary assignment concluding on 14 October 2026 , offering an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in inventory control, warehouse operations, and forklift operation.

Pay Rate

$43.59 per hour

About the Role

Working within a busy temperature-controlled warehouse environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, updating computer systems, and supporting the wider warehouse and inventory team.

The role also requires you toregularly operate High Reach forklifts to locate, move and manage stock throughout the facility.

This is a hands-on position combininginventory administration, stock control and forklift operation .

Key Responsibilities

- Conducting regularcycle counts throughout the warehouse
- Comparing physical stock levels against system records
- Identifying and recording inventory discrepancies




- Investigating missing stock and inventory variances
- Updating inventory information within computer systems
- Locating and moving stock usingHigh Reach forklifts
- Operating warehouse material handling equipment safely
- Maintaining accurate and organised inventory records
- Assisting with stock investigations and adjustments
- Supporting the warehouse and inventory team with general administration
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL
- Previous High Reach forklift experience – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience ininventory control, stock control, cycle counting, warehouse administration or similar
- Confident using computers and inventory management systems
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Robust problem-solving and investigation skills
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies
- Comfortable working within atemperature-controlled warehouse setting
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to commit to thefull assignment through to 14 October 2026
- Full Australian working rights
