JLL is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to be the face of the Salesforce Tower Sydney, delivering a memorable guest experience in a dynamic lobby and innovation centre. You will check-in visitors, answer questions with accuracy, and help ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression.

You will collaborate with the REWS team, handle inquiries with a service mindset, and be adaptable in a quick-paced environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
