Quest Docklands is a 133 room property located in the heart of Docklands, over looking Marvel Stadium and a short walk to Southern Cross station. The property opened in 2005 and attracts a mix of corporate and leisure customer base.

At Quest Docklands, we’re on the lookout for a new Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team on a full-timebasis working 38 hours per week.

The Role

Reporting to the Franchisee and Property Manager, the role involves leading a small housekeeping team as well as hands on work in the delivery of housekeeping and room attendant services for the apartments and cleaning of common areas to ensure the presentation of our property in line with the high standards of the Quest brand and to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Your team leadership activities will involve working closely with the Franchisee and Property Manager on recruitment, rostering,



training, controlling expenditure and leadership of the housekeeping team to ensure high levels of work productivity and quality, positive employee engagement and retention, and strong alignment with Quest’s established model and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, strong leadership skills, and a strong appreciation of workplace safety.

Prior experience in housekeeping in a business environment is essential, and prior experience with leading a housekeeping team would be an advantage.

Whilst not essential, tertiary qualifications in a business discipline or the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and have the entitlement to work in Australia.
