Sound Agents is seeking an Entertainment Coordinator to own the programming and scheduling of entertainment bookings across our Australia-based venues and clients, including DJs, bands, solo artists, duos, and MCs. You’ll match acts to briefs using our rostering system and manage end-to-end confirmations.
This is a rapid-paced, high-volume role that relies on sharp organisation and strong relationship-building with clients, artists, and agents to ensure every event runs smoothly.
