Nextt is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to a client with a spinal injury in Port Macquarie. The role requires comfort with complex care needs and personal care tasks, including bowel care, with shifts starting early in the day across 7 days per week.

Applicants must have experience with spinal injuries, manual handling, and hold current checks (NDIS Screening, WWC), First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s licence.
