We are looking for a motivated self-starter Sales and Marketing Coordinator who takes ownership, keeps things running smoothly, and is always looking for ways to add value.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR FOCUS?

Support the Marketing Manager in bringing marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives to life.

Help create and share marketing collateral, presentations and promotional materials.

Coordinate digital marketing, including website updates, email campaigns and social media content.

Help plan and run trade shows, conferences, customer events and product launches.

Keep our brand looking sharp and consistent across everything we produce.

Maintain marketing databases and resources and help report on how campaigns perform.





Be the go-to support for the Sales team day to day, including customer meetings and follow-ups.

Prepare customer presentations, proposals and quotations.

Keep customer and sales information accurate and up to date in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and related systems.

Track sales opportunities and prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

Work with internal teams to get the Sales team the product, pricing and delivery information they need.

Support tender, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) activities, coordinating documentation, timelines and inputs.

Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items and follow-ups across Sales and Marketing.

Keep records, databases and shared folders accurate and well organised.

Help with purchase orders, invoices, expenses and supplier administration.

Coordinate promotional merchandise and inventory and help arrange travel and events.

Jump in on other Sales and Marketing projects wherever you can add value.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN FOR YOU?

A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business,



Communications or a related field (preferred).

Relevant years of experience in a sales or marketing coordinator, support or similar role.

Confidence using CRM systems and supporting sales and marketing activities.

Exposure to telecommunications, technology, networking or Business-to-Business (B2B) environments (a real plus).

Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail.

Communicate clearly and build rapport easily.

Customer-focused and a natural team player.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle changing priorities with ease.

Proactive go-getter who’s always looking for ways to add value.
