Achieve Australia’s Windara Café is seeking a Cook to lead meal prep for our Supported Employees, blending culinary skill with coaching in a workplace that champions inclusion. You’ll guide a small team, ensure safety and quality, and help staff grow their skills within a supportive workplace.
We value applicants with a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and a passion for inclusion. Experience with disability settings is a bonus but not essential.
