Retail Operations & Inventory Co-Ordinator (IT Equipment)

We are a growing business specialising in the refurbishment and resale of used IT equipment throughout Australia. We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, methodical and detail-oriented to join our operations team. This role isn't about being the most technical person in the room. It's about being the person who notices the small things, keeps accurate records, creates efficient processes and takes pride in maintaining a well-run operation.

Key responsibilities

- Testing and assessing used IT equipment
- Accurately recording cosmetic condition and functionality
- Creating and maintaining product listings
- Processing online orders
- Packing and dispatching orders efficiently and accurately
- Responding to customer enquiries and warranty requests
- Maintaining inventory records and sales logs
- Keeping the warehouse and workspaces organised and presentable
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency

- Excellent customer service skills - client facing,

- Able to follow processes consistently
- Comfortable working with data and maintaining accurate records
- Self-motivated and takes ownership of their work
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Experience working with IT hardware (desirable)
- Ecommerce or online sales experience (desirable)
- Inventory management experience (desirable)
- Warehouse, logistics or fulfilment experience (desirable)
- Experience using Excel or inventory systems (desirable)
