Craigrossie clinic' is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse Division 1 to join our team in Albert Park VIC 3206. This is a part-time role of three days per week - Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays 9am-5pm (or negotiable hours) , offering the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment and make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Key responsibilities

Providing high-quality nursing care to patients, including assisting with examinations, administering medications, and coordinating treatment plans

Conducting health assessments, providing health education, and promoting preventive care. Drawing up care plans for chronic disease management liaising with the doctors

Providing immunisations - an Immunisation Certificate from a recognised institution is essential

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical and legal regulations. Immunisations as requested by patients and doctors

Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Assisting with the management of the clinic's operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance





Actively participating in continuing career development to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Registration as a Division 1 Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Practice Nurse or in a similar role within the primary care or community healthcare setting

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Proficient in the use of medical software and technology

Experience with Best Practice medical software is required

A passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care and improving health outcomes

Immunisation certificate from a recognised institution.

Australian permanent residency status is required for this position
