Ibis and Pullman Brisbane Airport is seeking a passionate and hands-on F&B; Duty Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing outlets. Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will lead service delivery and coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.

The role emphasizes pre-shift briefings, onboarding and ongoing staff development, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining RSA
